BUSHED PIN TYPE WITH INNER LINKS, OUTER LINKS & ANGLE LINKS
DROP DIE FORGED FOR HIGH CAPACITY ELEVATOR
The characteristic features of ICR Special Elevator Chains are as follows:
1. All the Outer links, Inner links & Angles links are drop forged instead of fabrication.
2. Due to drop die forging of links all the grains of steel are closely held and this increases strength & break load of material.
3. All the links are symmetrical in design.
4. Capacity of the chain varies from 100 tonnes per hour to 600 tonnes per hour.
Our chains are available in standard sizes and will be selected depending on center distance and conveying capacity provided by the customers. Due to symmetrical design of the links it permits the utilization of chain bushes on both sides and thus give longer service life. Pins and bushes are made of special steel and are highly wear & abrassion resistant due to special hardening process.
